  • The time to receive a quote varies depending on the product type, features, and required quantity. An initial quote is expected to be provided within 1-2 business days. The quote is generally valid for 30 days and will expire after that period.

  • If you want to add your logo to the product, you need to send us the vector image of the logo and the relevant location markers. If you need to customize the color, you need to send us the Pantone color number. If you need to change the packaging and manual, you need to send us the relevant design files or commission us to design. Our sales staff will confirm the details.
